  • Frame Structure The press is designed with strong and sturdy frame structure with bottom section of 50mm and top section of 30mm thick the frames are carefully and methodically machined and secured together with flange type tie bars. The unique combinations of MS plate with heavy duty cast iron base maintains long life and vibration free performance at peak output levels. The entire designing is done incorporating the latest Servo based technology and electronics and user friendly designed components. The press is distinctively designed with innovative features for delivering peak performance besides it is operator friendly. Each component in the machine is carefully selected designed & machined for optimum machine performance.
  • Turret Unwind Assembly Turret type splicing facility for easy roll changeover without stopping the machine. This is supported by a high efficient control system. The Turret system consists of motorised rotating disk, pneumatically operatable splicing with pasting roller & cutting blades. Air Expandable shafts and safety checks for holding the reels. The total unwind tension system is controlled by AC servo motor & drive. The Maintain set tension thorough out the reel winding. A Entire system works on load cell and dancer feedback mechanism.
  • In-feed Assembly The Assembly consists of a chrome plated nip roller, rubber coated roller and AC servo motor with digital drive maintains set tension between in-feed and first printing unit and isolates the printing unit from tension differences of the unwind. The unit is driven by AC Servo motor with drive and with load cell feed back.
  • Print Unit Assembly The Print unit assembly is made of 50mm thick bottom section 30mm thick top section they are Accurately and methodically designed and machined for optimum performance at peak output level. They are held together with flange type tie bars fro vibration free performance.
  • Cylinder trolley system The Assembly designed for mounting shaft less hollow type cylinder with the help of loading trolley the cylinder is locked by taper cones on both sides by pneumatic pressure on one side and by motor drive on the panel side. This makes it possible the cylinder mounting easier and faster, This is a tool less system as you carry the cylinder on a trolley and place between the taper cones apply pressure to lock the cylinder, you reverse this process to unload the cylinder.
  • Drive Assembly The total drive assembly works an method called electronic line shaft (ELS) mechanism each printing station is connected by a AC servo motor and controlled by a drive in the controll panel all the drives connected in tandem in close loop (ELS) Electronic line shaft.
  • Idler Roller Assembly Idler rollers are made of special alloy and mounted on a pin on either side with friction free bearing and mounted through bush located in the side frames to maintain parallality among the rollers and wrinkle free running of the web.
  • Impression Assembly This Assembly uses sleeve type or shafted rubber rollers They are solvent resistant, The sleeve type rubber rollers are very easy to load & unload from the press.
  • Doctor Blade Assembly A Pneumatically operated assembly with four way positioning system that is vertical, horizontal, skewing, angular adjustments and covers the entire print cylinder circumference, This is totally tool less doctor blade system a teflon splash guard is provided to avoid ink splashing.
  • Ink Tray Trolley Assembly The ink tray is mounted on a movable trolley, 8 such trolleys are provided in the machine, This system is provided with ink circulating pump.
  • Print Registration Assembly The length-wise print registration is controlled by AC synchronous servo motors provided at each printing unit, This are connected to ARC the servo motors are of dual speed type one for the cylinder set-up anther for print registration the side-lay registration is done through AC synchronous servo motors provided at each printing unit.
  • Drying Assembly The Web drying is done by hood with built in air nozzles designed for efficient hot air delivery with minimum fuel consumption.
  • Chill Roll Assembly This Assembly consists of 150 dia aluminum alloy roller with inlet & outlet for chill water circulation for cooling the web.
  • Control Console One Main Panel for locating all the main digital drives and anther panel with 3nos 19inch monitors 1st for machine operations 2nd for ARC system and 3rd for one for web video inspection.
